Reserve management plan 2018 and ongoing
Establishment of a long-term management plan for this private game reserve in the Waterberg of South Africa. The particular challenges included severe bush encroachment, providing sufficient game for the international clients to hunt despite the need to improve habitat condition and the conversion from a strictly hunting venue into a general tourism game reserve. The conversion included the absorption of a commercial tourism company which necessitated the rethinking of new objectives for the original management plan.
